RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
1. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, users acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the start of the subscription without providing any reason.
2. EXCEPTION TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you checked the "I confirm that the service may begin within the withdrawal period" checkbox when purchasing your subscription, your right of withdrawal expires once the service is made available. This is covered by Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Commernix offers a 30 (thirty) day unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Users who request cancellation within this period will receive a refund for the unused portion of their subscription. The refund amount is calculated by deducting a proportional amount for days already consumed from the total subscription fee.
4. WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION PROCESS
You may submit a withdrawal or cancellation request through the following channels:
- Email: destek@commernix.com (include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line) - Customer dashboard: Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel
Your request will be processed within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated due to terms of service violations - Annual plans where more than half of the subscription has been consumed (partial refund may be considered) - Repeat accounts opened and closed with the intention of abusing the refund policy
