1. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND COLLECTION METHODS
As Commernix, we process the following personal data to provide our services:
- Identity Information: Name, surname - Contact Information: Email address, phone number - Financial Information: Payment transaction references, billing details (card numbers are not stored by us; payment infrastructure is managed by third-party providers) - Usage Data: Platform usage logs, session information, IP address, browser type - Content Data: Store content, product information, and images you upload
Your personal data is collected via platform registration forms, payment flows, support requests, and automated technical systems.
2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: Setting up, managing, and providing technical support for your store - Contract performance: Executing the subscription agreement, billing, and collections - Customer support: Responding to your support requests and resolving issues - Security: Ensuring platform security and preventing unauthorized access - Legal obligations: Fulfilling obligations under tax legislation and other legal regulations - Service improvement: Analyzing platform performance and improving user experience
3. DATA TRANSFERS
Your personal data is only transferred to third parties that are necessary for service delivery and have taken appropriate security measures:
- Payment infrastructure providers (iyzico, Stripe) - Infrastructure and cloud services (Hetzner Online GmbH) - Email delivery services (Resend Inc.) - Error monitoring services (Sentry) - Content delivery network (Cloudflare)
Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. DATA RETENTION
Your personal data is retained for 3 years after the termination of the subscription relationship. Data may continue to be retained for the periods prescribed by relevant legislation (particularly tax and accounting records).
5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER KVKK ARTICLE 11
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the right to:
a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed b) Request information if your personal data has been processed c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose d) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad e) Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed f) Request deletion or destruction of personal data g) Object to decisions taken solely through automated processing that result in outcomes against you h) Claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data
