DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
Prepared pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

Buyer Information: The name, email, and address information provided at registration shall apply.
ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the e-commerce store subscription service offered through the Commernix platform.
The purchased service is a cloud-based e-commerce software subscription that includes storage space, product limits, email quota, and technical support services as specified under the selected plan.
ARTICLE 3 — PAYMENT INFORMATION
The service fee is the Turkish Lira amount (including VAT) stated in the selected subscription plan. Payment is processed electronically. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis; annual payments receive a discount.
ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY AND SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
Within 24 hours of payment approval, the store infrastructure will be made ready and access credentials will be sent to the registered email address. The service is digital in nature and does not require physical delivery.
ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 48 of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the contract date without providing any reason and without paying a penalty.
However, if the subscriber has given explicit consent for the subscription service to begin within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires once the service is partially or fully performed. The consent checkbox displayed during registration constitutes the record of this explicit consent.
ARTICLE 6 — WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
While Commernix does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform, it targets 99% availability. Liability for service interruptions due to technical failures is limited to the subscription fee for the relevant month.
ARTICLE 7 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees of the Republic of Turkey.
