In the course of using our service, we may collect the following information:
Information You Provide Directly: - Name, surname, email, and password when creating an account - Billing address and payment method information for transactions - Messages and attachments submitted in support requests - Content you create for your store
Automatically Collected Information: - IP address and geographic location (country/city level) - Browser type, version, and operating system - Navigation behavior and click data on the platform - Session durations and page view statistics
2. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We work with the following third-party providers for proper platform operation:
- Stripe / iyzico: Payment infrastructure. Card details are processed directly by these providers; we do not store them. - Resend: Transactional email delivery (invoices, notifications, password resets) - Sentry: Application error tracking and performance monitoring. Error reports are anonymized where possible. - Cloudflare: DNS, DDoS protection, and content delivery network services - Hetzner Online GmbH: Server infrastructure. Data is stored in European data centers.
4. SECURITY MEASURES
We apply the following measures to protect your personal data:
- All communications are encrypted with TLS/SSL - Passwords are stored hashed using the bcrypt algorithm - Database access is protected by IP restrictions and strong authentication - Regular security audits and vulnerability scans are performed - Employees are trained on personal data handling
5. DATA RETENTION
Data is retained for the duration of the active account and for 3 years after account deletion. Financial records and invoices are retained for 10 years due to legal accounting obligations.
